**Sales Enablement Specialist**:
**Job location**: This is a remote position for anywhere in Canada with exception of Ottawa, Canada where the expectation is to work a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

**About the team**:
**What you will do**:

- Support the development of sales learning paths that support all roles across the Kinaxis sales organization (AEs, BDRs, BCs and IPs, Sales Management) as well as VAR/Channel sales
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize key enablement initiatives for deployment across the global sales team
- Support the development of role-specific onboarding paths that decrease ramp time of new hires
- Support the development and delivery of ongoing sales skills and knowledge training to ensure sales teams are using the best strategy, skills, and tools at the right time
- Identify and track KPIs and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness and business impact of sales enablement programs and initiatives
- Identify and engage vendors as needed to develop and deliver enablement programs
- Evaluate training curriculum effectiveness and propose adjustments or new curriculum additions as needed.
- Actively analyze business impact metrics tied to programs and adjust/improve as needed.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, enablement/sales training, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Energetic, self-motivated individual, highly driven to produce results
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and customer relationship skills
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, best practices
- Strong calendar management and organization skills
- Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
- Fluency in English language is required, other languages a bonus

**Desirable skills and competencies**
- Detailed knowledge and expertise working with enablement/LMS platforms, especially Highspot
- Knowledge of and/or experience with 6Ds learning methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving
- Direct role in organizing, managing, or deploying annual sales kick-off meetings
- Additional language skills
