The Royal De Versailles Jewellers Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing our clientele with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a representative to the company by promoting the philosophy and values of all brands. Royal De Versailles Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated, curious and customer-focused Client Care Specialist with an undeniable passion for creating memorable experiences, for our worldly clientele.

**Job Description**:

- Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and procedures
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropiate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Assist with repairs and orders for items being sold and distributed within the store
- Professional demeanor
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Customer Care/Service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5S 2Z7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
