Burlington, Canada Briarlane Rental Property Management Inc. Full time

This position is full-time with an **immediate start date**.

**Essential duties for this role include but are not limited to**:
Leasing & Administration including extensive data entry, distributing correspondence to tenants, answering phones, and other office duties as assigned.
- Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with tenants, vendors, building superintendents/cleaners and various contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the property
- Assist in rent collection.
- Work order processing.
- Update database for insurance certificates.
- Assisting in rent collection
- Conducting apartment viewings with prospective tenants
- Inspecting all vacant and model suites to ensure show-ready condition
- Preparing lease documentation for approval by the Property Manager
- Maintaining records in the site database (Yardi), including updating lease information, rent collection and resident notices
- Maintaining site files
- Preparing and log work orders (resident service requests) as necessary
- Professionally and courteously handling all inquiries, feedback, and complaints or concerns
- Any other administrative duties assigned by the Property Manager
- Must be able to work independently.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in related Property Management experience.
- Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, and the Commercial Tenancies Act.
- Detail-oriented.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Able to manage time effectively - deadline-oriented a MUST.
- High accuracy and attention to detail are a MUST.
- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Yardi experience is required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

This is a full-time position which offers a competitive salary and benefits. Occasional work on weekends (open house).
