The Role

  • Coordinate with Onsite & In House Property Managers for all tasks on a daily basis
  • Prepare Tenant notices and general correspondence
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, feedback & concerns
  • Track & distribute lease documents, create new tenant files, update contact lists and prepare welcome packages.
  • Assist with preparation of LTB legal forms, preparations and follow procedures
  • Assist with Account Receivable procedures including analysis, monitoring arrears, preparing notifications, demand & default notices and follow up
  • Prepare utility charge back correspondence
  • Provide updates to Management regularly
  • Liaise with Property Managers

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of residential and property management experience required.
  • Experience and proven administrative background in leasing & accounting.
  • Construction knowledge
  • Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion.

Job type – full time

Schedule – 7.5-hour shift
