**About the Opportunity**:
The Secretary is accountable and responsible for providing administrative/secretarial support with mínimal supervision/direction to the multiple Health Service Managers and Programs. Providing multi-tasked administrative duties while working under mínimal supervision demonstrating initiative, good organizational skills and decision making with regards to situations which may arise in dealing with patients, the public and outside community agencies in a professional and efficient manner.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII plus graduation from a recognized one year secretarial or office administration course
- Minimum one year of related secretarial experience required
- Demonstrated evidence of administrative skills
- Demonstrated typing proficiency with a speed of 50 wpm
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
- Must be self-directed and adept at problem-solving, while working with mínimal supervision
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Short Assignment, Full Time; 70 hours bi-weekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.25 - $22.50 hourly
