**About the Opportunity**:
Under the general supervision of a Pharmacy Operations Manager, the Secretary, Pharmacy carries out a wide range of tasks including performing word processing for Pharmacy Managers, Clinical Pharmacy Coordinators, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Practice Assistants, and Pharmacy stores staff; provides secretarial support and chair for various departmental and hospital committees. In Timecapture, enters all staff information for payroll purposes while maintaining accurate pharmacy attendance records of vacation and sick leave banks, maintains the Pharmacy filing system, orders and receives office supplies including stationary and office equipment; collects, compiles and enters workload measurement stats for budget preparation and receives, greets and redirects visitors.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 plus graduate of a recognized office administration / business / secretarial program and/or a combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience required
- One year of related experience required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility
- Communication, facilitation and change management skills
- Ability to work independently to meet timelines and priorities with little or no supervision
- Strong technological skills to support use of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to high quality work
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$23.07 - $25.54 Hourly
