**Full Job Description**

Stronghold Management is hiring a Business Development Manager - GTA and surrounding area

The Business Development Manager will represent Stronghold throughout the industry and manage client relationships. Sales activities will include client calls/meetings, attending events, sales presentations, campaign proposals, relationship building and possible overseas conferences.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
- Manage sales functions of the business
- Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
- Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
- Assist in Managing a portfolio of existing clients
- Actively generate leads to develop new business
- Help clients design comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
- Build/maintain relationships with supplier, industry partners

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 year of sales experience
- Minimum of 3 Years Property Management Experience
- Property Management knowledge and relationships
- Must be highly personable and presentable
- Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals and prioritize day-to-day activities
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Partially remote work, but must be able to attend events and meetings in GTA
