**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.
Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets.
Collaborate with team members and departments to improve processes, share best practices, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive customer information.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
