**Century 21 B.J. Roth Realty Ltd. **has 10 offices throughout Simcoe, York & the Muskoka’s and has been serving our communities since 1982. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and hardworking individual who is excited about real estate for a **front desk administrator/receptionist position in our Midland office location. **This position is for weekends shifts.

**Work hours availability**: Saturdays 9am to 5pm

**Responsibilities, but not limited to**:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a professional manner

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages

Schedule and confirm listing appointments

Handle a multi-line phone system

Scan, copy, print and upload documents

Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system

Assist Realtors with typing offers, waivers, amendments etc.

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Maintaining overall office appearance

**Qualifications**

Pleasant phone manner and good communication skills are essential

Good verbal and written skills, with accuracy, and attention to detail

Must be trustworthy, organized, and dependable

Able to manage details, and follow through with tasks to completion

Ability to multi-task

Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment

Highly motivated with willingness to take initiative

Strong awareness of deadlines and good time management skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proficient with office technology (multi-function copier/printer/scanner, printer, etc.)

Must be flexible to work extended hours if necessary

Must be a self-starter and fast learner
