Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Prepare and submit reports on guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as arranging for extra amenities or services.
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
  • Assist with foreign credential recognition and provide support for employment integration.
