Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback and staff performance
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide support to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
  • Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure efficient operation of the front desk
  • Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Client focus and flexibility
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster
  • Assist with foreign credential recognition and provide support to help them settle into their new role
  • Permanent employment opportunity with 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency required
