Guest Service Agent/front Desk

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of guests
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.00-$17.25 per hour
