**Policy Management**:
- Regularly review and update company policies to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Engage with management and staff to collect and integrate feedback into policy revisions.
- Prepare and disseminate communications about policy updates and changes at regular intervals.
- **HR Information System Management**:
- Maintain accurate employee records in the company's HRIS, reflecting any staff changes such as new hires, departures, or promotions.
- **Procedure and Workflow Development**:
- Design and refine Standard Operating Procedures for the department to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage project management tools to optimize workflow and enhance productivity across the department.
- **Social Media and Communication**:
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of content on company social media platforms, highlighting company initiatives and events.
- Ensure effective internal communication about company events and initiatives to encourage active employee involvement.
- **Template Management**:
- Develop and sustain templates for various HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, and internal communications.
**Qualifications & Experiences**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from a recognized institution, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and IT savvy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
