**Part Time Office Assistant Required**

Grime Eater Products is looking for an eager and well-spoken individual who is capable of reception and order entry type tasks.

This position requires an applicant that has a strong command of the English language that can speak in a clear and concise manner. Past receptionist experience would be an asset.

This position starts immediately.

The hours are flexible to work around the selected applicants needs:
Monday - Thursday: 12:00pm-5:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Friday: 12:00pm-4:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm

**Specific Job Duties**:

- **Order Entry**: Inputting purchase orders into our order entry system, editing orders already existing in our order entry system, looking up past order history for customers through our order entry system, and processing credit card payments. Adaptability, organization, and attention to detail are required for this role.
- **Data Entry**:Inputting customer and order data into various forms & fields, including excel documents and our CRM platform.
- **Shipping Quotes**: Ability to send, receive, and understand quotes received from various transport companies.

**Skill Requirements**:

- A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to speak and write in a clear and concise manner.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge would be an asset.
- Hubspot knowledge would be an asset.
- Prior receptionist experience would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
