Receptionist/office Assistant

As the part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will act as a brand ambassador and first point of contact.
- Be passionate about helping clients find the products they are looking for. Maintaining contracts, issuing invoices and responding back to the client in a timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and by building long-lasting customer relationships.
- Take initiative, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ensure that the showroom, washroom and general client waiting area is kept stocked, clean and in working order.

- Exceptional communication skills with a proven record of building and maintaining long-term customer relations
- High attention to detail with proven ability to multitask
- Self-motivated worker with the ability to work alone or with team members
- Demonstrated ability to work with basic Office software
**Requirements**:
- Administrative, Receptionist, Customer Service: 1 year +
- High School Diploma; post-secondary Education in Business/Office Administration an asset.
- Flexible work hours
- Ability to prioritize and organize while managing multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
