As our client care coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our health practice, and provide administrative support to ensure a premium client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Experience using medical office software such as Jane or similar systems
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably Epic
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a front desk assistant is a plus

As a client care coordinator you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
