Sales Assistant/office Administrator

We are a food manufacturer and distributer, produce various types of delicious food, and are searching for a part-time Sales Assistant/Office Administrator to become part of our Mississauga team.

**1. Sales Assistance**
- Enter sales orders (SO) / Confirm with customers & Logistics team
- Issue invoices / send invoices to customers
- Credit issue / return of goods / rebate
- File SO / invoices / credit memo (incl. other daily sales documents)
- Monthly / weekly sales figure update
- Monitor product inventory level while making orders / inform appropriate personnel for re-ordering
- Organize excel sheets related to sales
- Update price list
- Fill up customers’ item registration forms
- Make quotation sheets
- Prepare sales samples
- Prepare product flyers

**2. Office Administration**
- Answer phone calls
- Organize office storage / sales cabinets
- Contact window for office related to outside services (garbage collection, janitor service, printer service etc )
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Organize, prepare guest’s reception including hotel reservations, pick up / drop off, meals if necessary
- Assist branch manager in reviewing existing HR/PCA (Planning and Corporate Affairs) related programs, companywide policies and suggesting new policies, programs, if necessary.
- Policy, program, project related research, drafting, and monitoring.

**3. Other**
- Azumatei e-commerce order entry / customer support
- Employee sales
- Support sales staff for attending food shows
- Organize computer data on ERP system
- Support branch manager for research

**PRE-REQUISITES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Post-secondary education or higher
- Basic MS office skills
- Basic typing skills
- Basic administration skills
- Business communication level in English

**LICENSE, CERTIFICATION**
- Driver’s license is an asset, but not a requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
