**Job Summary**

We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator (Ops Admin) to be part of our Montreal Operations Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Ops Admin’s primary responsibility is to assist the Aviation Maintenance Analysts (AMAs) and support our day-to-day operation.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist AMAs with daily tasks such as audits, reviewing and processing compliance information to update aircraft maintenance status
- Monitor incoming enrollments and distribute for processing
- Submit OEM and customer furnished technical data documentation for processing
- Communicate with Aircraft Manufacturer and customers regarding missing or outstanding aircraft documentation
- Create airframe and major assemblies’ profiles in the system
- Update internal workflow management system
- Assist AMA with customer outreach and onboarding activities as well as customer requests
- Support Service Centers with maintenance planning by creating and building maintenance packages for mutual customers
- Create and manage Company and User profiles, process pending profile updates for customers and notify internal teams of changes
- Assist in signing up customers for Training Sessions
- Support Operations team with incoming customer calls
- Act as backup to Office and other Ops Admins

**Requirements**:

- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in administration or customer service, ideally in aviation industry
- Experience in document management or handling aircraft maintenance compliance records considered an asset
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Rigorous attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Able to adjust to changing priorities
- Ability to fluently speak in both English and French.
- Keen to learn and grow with the business in a dynamic environment
