Fire Department Lockbox/office Administrator

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Make phone calls to existing clients to maintain relationships and assist with inquiries.
- **Scheduling and Co-ordination**:Working with a dedicated technician to maintain a schedule of Fire department lockbox site visits on a Bi-annual basis, as well as installations.
- **Billing/Invoicing**:Invoicing for all new and existing Fire Department lockbox installations, and site visits. Potential for processing invoice payments as well.
- **Data Management**: Manage and update the client database with accurate and current information.
- **Compliance Management**: Oversee compliance within the company, ensuring company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintaining compliance programs required by our clients.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the Ability Lock team.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
- Experience in clerical work with a keen eye for detail in documentation.
- Ability to work with team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Competence in using phone systems for effective communication within the office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
