**Description**:
**As a Project Account Coordinator**:
You will be part of our growing Service Inspections, Testing & Maintenance Team and you will have a key role in working with specific customer accounts and projects to provide ongoing support, guidance and expertise while maintaining our high service delivery standard.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Assisting Service Operations Manager with a variety of tasks as assigned.
- Acting as the first in line response for your assigned customer accounts.
- Attending site visits and meetings with your assigned customers as required.
- Maintaining full yearly Service Works schedule for each of your customer accounts.
- Coordinating with the Inspection & Deficiency Repair Coordination Staff to schedule your customer work accordingly.
- Acting as the Liaison for your customers to discuss and provide expertise where required.
- Collaborate with the ITM Field Supervisor to provide support to your assigned customers or Field Team members.
- Manage and process inspection reports and work orders within our Online Service Delivery system, ensuring careful attention to detail and prompt delivery to the customer and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Provide invoice instructions to Accounting for all service work as required for your assigned customers.
- Working with our Sales Department on any quoted work as required.
- Assess job readiness and ensure all scheduled jobs are confirmed for your assigned customers.
- Provide Service Operations Manager any work-in-progress reports as required.
- Work with Field ITM Supervisor to ensure appropriate time is allocated to your service jobs.
- Complete material listing and ordering for all service and deficiency work as required.
- Communicate all relevant information concerning next steps and timelines to customer, AHJ’s,
- contractors and leadership.
- Responding to customer needs and requests, adjustments to schedule, or escalation to Service Operations Manager if required.
- Track open jobs to ensure appointments and service orders are moving forward as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Schedule subcontractors and ensure that the service and proper paperwork is completed and received.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Systems & Applications**:

- Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Scheduling system management and Administration
- The understanding and daily use of our Service System (ServiceTrade), financial systems, appointment systems, scheduling and reporting.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the Fire Protection Industry.
- Planning, scheduling and detailed time management skills are a must.
- Previous knowledge and working experience in ServiceTrade or other scheduling / dispatch tools is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written is a must.
- Outstanding customer service Skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Significant customer service experience with a proven track record of delivery.
- A passion for solving problems and working in high-performing teams with strict deadlines.
- Strong technical skills and comfortable with new and changing technologies.
- Self-motivator with a positive outlook.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, time management, people skills (communication) and teamwork are all necessary skills for success in this role.
- Working knowledge of Fire & Life Safety Systems, Codes and Standards would be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge working in a service industry would be considered an asset
