Customer Service Representative

We are looking for staff with great communication and customer service skills; to best represent our brand.

*min 3-4 month contract

Duties Include:

- Ensuring company policies/brand adherence are followed
- Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming, professional manner
- Fulfill customer requests with ice cream purchases
- Record customer orders into the POS System
- Identity customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them
- Perform refunds and special transactions through the POS System
- Keep the service counter and retail spaces stocked at all times with the necessary items and supplies
- Clean and organize the service counter when necessary
- Notify management of all customer and POS System issues
- Notify management of low stock inventory in a timely manner
- Inventory management and quality control systems
- Perform other related and adhoc duties as requested

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
