KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
- Work with existing brand partners on promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Support strategies to grow online audience, newsletter database and brand and event awareness.
- Work with the Marketing Project Manager to design seasonal initiatives, giveaways, events, and promotions.
- Support the creation and execution of online and offline marketing events.
- Responsible for identifying and initiating collaborations with other brands.
- Supporting outreach efforts for influencers and celebrities when needed.
- Ownership of growing partnerships within local communities.
- Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
- WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Interest in furniture and interior design
- Experience owning projects from ideation to execution
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related (essential).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience handling several projects with challenging requirements and tight deadlines
- Good project and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Can adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude and work independently and
- collaboratively as part of a team within strict deadlines to produce results
- Experience with the following is an asset but not mandatory; social media management, Adobe Creative Cloud programs, management of Little RedBook/XiaoHongShu
