**Logistics & E-Commerce Manager**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Logistics & E-commerce Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our online sales channels for a fitness equipment retailer with 6 physical locations. As the Online E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing online orders, order fulfillment, logistics, refunds, exchanges, and payment processing for our company's 2 warehouses. This is a key role that requires exceptional coordination and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Order Management**:

- Monitor and process online orders received through Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry, including verifying product availability, pricing, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.

**Order Fulfillment and Logistics**:

- Oversee the fulfillment process to ensure all orders are packaged, labeled, and shipped correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize inventory management, minimize shipping errors, and streamline fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders to customers.

**Refunds and Exchanges**:

- Handle customer requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze return data to identify trends and implement measures to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction.

**Payment Processing**:

- Ensure smooth and secure payment processing for online orders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payment transactions and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest payment processing technologies and trends to improve efficiency and security.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels at the warehouses and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits for web to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock movements and transfers between locations.

**Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, customer service, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless online operations.
- Provide guidance and support to the customer service team on handling online order inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Train and onboard new team members as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and payment gateways.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have Shopify platform experience
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: $43,225.75-$85,000.00 per year
