**Company Overview**:
We are a fast-paced fulfillment company specializing in e-commerce and same-day delivery. We serve a variety of clients with a focus on consumable products. Our operations span from 7 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, to meet the growing demands of our customers. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented warehouse staff to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service and delivery efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking**: Accurately select items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders, following specific picking instructions and ensuring correct quantities and product quality.
- **Packing and Preparation**: Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, ensuring they are labeled correctly and meet our packing standards.
- **Shipment Processing**: Prepare packages for same-day delivery and mail order, coordinating with delivery partners to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
- **Inventory Management**: Participate in stock counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- **Customer Focus**: Understand and prioritize the needs of our customers, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, depending on task requirements.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work within our hours of operation (7 AM to 9 PM) and availability to work weekends as needed.
