**Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar for the grid and stories across various social media platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers to ensure high-quality visuals for posts, stories, and reels.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, considering all stores.
- Develop a holistic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility.

2. Digital Marketing:

- Run effective Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Utilize Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behaviour.
- Manage Instagram Ads to optimize brand exposure.

3. SEO:

- Establish a consistent language across all platforms for enhanced SEO performance.
- Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Develop and manage a campaign schedule to optimize customer engagement.

5. E-commerce:

- Demonstrate expertise in Shopify to create websites from scratch.
- Assist in uploading and regularly updating products, ensuring accurate information.
- Assisting in crafting compelling product descriptions and organizing products into collections.
- Coordinate with photographers to ensure high-quality product photos for the website.

6. Admin:

- Manage tax-related matters, ensuring compliance.
- Oversee shipping logistics and settings.
- Configure general settings for an optimal online shopping experience.

Abilities/Strengths:

- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and e-commerce management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Expertise in Shopify platform, including website creation and product management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
