**Resource Coordinator**

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Work from office position. Our office is located in Toronto (Bloor Street East across the street from the Sherbourne subway station)

**Position Overview**

As a Resource Coordinator, you are a seasoned client professional, and are able to build strong business relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. You can coordinate many orders concurrently, and can successfully assign and manage vendors to orders by matching their skills and availability. You thrive in a fast paced environment, are productive, organized, and helpful. You communicate well with team members, understand the importance of workload balancing from a team perspective, and are not afraid to ask for help, or reach out to help others.

**Responsibilities**
- Process quotes and orders, confirm timelines, coordinate projects and assign/manage vendor resources
- Answer client questions and promote the appropriate level of linguistic services to meet client needs
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation
- Work in MS Office, CRM and industry-specific software
- Ensure vendor resources are paid and clients are accurately charged
- Quote and order follow-ups, customer courtesy calls, documentation and resolving customer complaints
- Answer vendor questions and provide assistance with low level technology questions
- Support Team Leads
- Support Receptionist during vacations and/or high volume periods

**Education**
- Successful completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma

**Experience**
- 3+ years of relevant B2B customer service experience

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills
- Courteous, professional, dynamic and well organized
- Keen attention to detail
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- High energy and ability to work within a team environment and individually

**Assets**
- Experience in dealing with diverse communities
- Fluent in a second language
- Translation & Interpreting industry experience
