**COORDINATOR, HUMAN RESOURCES**:
The Coordinator will also contribute to embedding SickKids Foundation's core values and donor-centered approach into all aspects of Human Resources and Facilities operations, aligning with the Foundation's mission, goals, and objectives

**Required Skills**:
**YOU WILL**:

- Assist with all aspects of the recruitment process including drafting job postings, posting of
positions, screening of resumes, drafting interview questions, reference checking and participating in the interview process;
- Act as a point of contact with respect to a broad range of Human Resources inquiries to leaders and employees;
- Recommend enhancements and maintain career website and LinkedIn recruiting page;
- Administer the group benefit plan including updating the system, verification of invoices and reconciliation;
- Payroll administration including payroll input, data verification and processing;
- Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding;
- Provides logístical support for professional development and learning initiatives;
- Create new hire electronic files as well as complete HRIS data entry, including but not limited to new hires, salary changes and status changes;
- Oversees facilities and office services including conducting office inspections, resolution of any deficiencies, inventory of office supplies and ensuring a safe, organized, well maintained office environment;
- Assist with monitoring and actioning requests within the office workplace management system and JIRA ticketing system;
- Administer the employee recognition program including the long-term service awards and assist with organizing celebrations;
- Assist with the creation, upkeep and implementation of guidelines, standard operating procedures and manuals;
- Participate in developing, implementing, maintaining, and delivering best-in-class HR systems/processes to produce reports and provide data as required;
- Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS system;
- Assist with a variety of Human Resources projects;
- Prepare correspondence and various documents such as reports, presentations, meeting agenda and minutes; and
- Assist with administrative duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary level education, diploma/degree in human resources combined with a minimum of two years related human resources or administrative experience;
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, principles and benefit administration;
- Previous in-house payroll experience is preferred;
- Computer literate at the intermediate to advanced level, with proficiency in office 365;
- Experience generating reports from HRIS and spreadsheets;
- Demonstrates problem solving skills;
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to be agile in responding to needs as they arise;
- Exercises good judgement and constantly exhibit tact and diplomacy;
- Champions equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI);
- Ability to build constructive, friendly professional relationships and networks;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and high attention to detail;
- Exceptional customer service orientation as well as the ability to work independently, as required;
- Superior organizational skills and follow-through on commitments; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Total Compensation Package**:
Hiring Salary Range: $48,623 - $57,202; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $68,641. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Coordinator, Human Resources.
