Junior Sales Representative

**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation and Qualification**: Proactively identify and qualify leads for AF1 Liquid Fillers and IXOR Label Heads through targeted research, contacting OEMs, cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
- **Product Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and advantages of AF1 Liquid Fillers and IXOR Label Heads.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on promoting AF1 Liquid Fillers and IXOR Label Heads, driving revenue growth, and expanding market reach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing personalized support, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- **Proposal and Contract Preparation**: Prepare accurate and customized sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for AF1 Liquid Fillers and IXOR Label Heads, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Working with our Marketing Dept, stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market developments related to liquid filling and labeling technologies, leveraging insights to identify new business opportunities and informed sales strategies.
- **Trade Shows and Events**: Represent Aesus at select trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, showcasing AF1 Liquid Fillers and IXOR Label Heads, networking with potential clients, and promoting brand awareness.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably with a focus on packaging machinery or related industries.
- Must speak and write fluently in English & French
- Solid understanding of liquid filling and labeling technologies, with specific knowledge of AF1 Liquid Fillers and IXOR Label Heads considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Interpersonal skills, team player, sense of customer service.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Background or equivalent considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and/or food packaging industries considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Salesforce.
- Willingness to travel from 25 to 50% as needed with valid passport.
