Field Sales Representative Bilingual

Our growing business is in need of a Field Sales Representative to increase sales in our Montreal market.

**Our Field Sales Representatives Team**:
- Creates new opportunities by generating and pursuing business leads, calling on customers, attending trade shows, and building relationships with representatives.
- Attends quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers to understand the business outlook and opportunities.
- Works with local and regional suppliers to create a partnership that will position the company as the primary distributor of choice. Attends suppliers’ training to pass along product knowledge to the customer.
- Attends and conducts client product training.
- Follows through on every level of the sales cycle for key customers by keeping in touch with the customer, inside sales, manufacturers, and quotes. Ensures that everything is complete, timely, and meeting customer expectations.
- Answers and resolves all key customer technical questions, issues, and complaints in a timely manner to provide the highest level of service available.
- Maintains market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
- Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Minimum of two years of Engineering and/or Component Sales experience preferred with a progression from inside sales. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge, understanding, and/or experience in technical sales.
- Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of Excel.
- Degree from a four-year college or university with 2+ years sales experience within a similar industry preferred.
- Electronic Component Distribution or similar industry experience required.
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license, safe driving record, and be insurable by the company's liability carrier.
- Must be willing to travel in assigned territory up to 50 percent of the time.
- **Bilingual English and French required (spoken and written).**

Le représentant des comptes sur le terrain vend les produits et services de l'entreprise aux clients désignés sur le territoire. Ses responsabilités comprennent trois objectifs principaux : générer des ventes, défendre les ventes et développer les ventes chez les clients existants et potentiels.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
Vend les produits et services de l'entreprise en générant des pistes et en appelant les comptes clients assignés, en livrant des échantillons, des cartes de la gamme de produits et de la documentation de vente aux clients et aux clients potentiels; il en résulte des relations établies et des commandes de produits pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
Établit et maintient des relations d'affaires efficaces avec le personnel d'achat et de gestion du client en s'assurant que tous les aspects des transactions sont traités de manière professionnelle, éthique et opportune, ce qui permet à TTI d'être considéré comme le distributeur de choix et d'obtenir le premier appel d'offres.
Recherche de nouvelles pistes commerciales en utilisant toutes les ressources disponibles, y compris les représentants, les salons professionnels, le réseautage, les fabricants, Internet et les ressources internes de TTI, afin de pénétrer et d'obtenir de nouvelles affaires, ce qui permet d'élargir la base de clients et les ventes potentielles.
Facilite le suivi à tous les niveaux du cycle de vente en restant en contact avec le client, les ventes internes, les fabricants, les demandes d'échantillons, les devis et s'assure que tout est complet, opportun et répond aux attentes du client.
