**Overview**:
The role of Digital Buyer/ Planner will be responsible for developing digital tactical plans for a roster of clients and activating those plans on a digital buyer level. The role will also be responsible for contributing to the education and training of Digital Assistant.

**Your Responsibilities**:Digital Planning & Client Relationship Management**:

- Work with the lead planner/strategist on the account to translate campaign strategic framework into digital plans
- Develop digital tactical recommendations for clients; build and maintain blocking charts, as well as tactical plan presentations
- Develop a relationship of trust with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Contribute to development and adherence to timelines - internal & external

**Digital Activation Responsibilities**:

- Lead in-platform & direct IO activation for assigned clients with oversight / support from Director of Activation
- Building & maintaining campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Lead trafficking process with support from the digital team where needed (development of spec sheets, traffic sheets, trafficking, and QA)
- Help with client Ad Hoc requests, troubleshooting and QA of campaigns in platforms.
- Lead campaign pacing, KPI achievement and recommended optimizations.

**Reporting Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Digital Assistant in building and maintaining Datorama dashboards
- Develop Pre, Mid, Post campaign reports - working with the lead planner to ensure strategic lens is applied to reporting

**Finance**:

- Oversee Digital Assistant for campaign inputting in Prisma & monthly invoice reconciliation from vendors
- Contribute to BCR management for digital; manage planned monthly amounts + reconciliation monthly

**Process & Innovation**:

- Follow and share biddable platform updates with internal teams
- Contribute to process in digital planning and activation

Education & Experience
- Knowledge of & experience in activation across search and social platforms
- Datorama and Prisma knowledge is an asset
- Education in Marketing & Advertising is an asset
- Experience: 3 years within an agency environment

Note
This hybrid role will require you to be in the Markham office eight days per month; our office is meant to be a space to collaborate and connect with other team members.
