Become a Sales Consultant at JD Development and join our dynamic team, propelling sales and crafting exceptional customer experiences in the Greater Toronto Area real estate market. Your role will entail:
- Qualifying leads based on their needs, preferences, and readiness to buy, and scheduling appointments with our onsite sales teams when appropriate.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our properties, including availability, pricing, floor plans, and amenities, while continuously deepening your knowledge of our communities and product offerings.
- Expertly managing our CRM system (HubSpot) to track and follow up with leads, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- Nurturing potential buyers through regular communication, offering personalized support and insights about our properties.
- Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to enhance our digital presence, lead generation efforts, and overall online sales processes.
- Assisting in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns for new and existing communities, while actively participating in community events and building strong realtor relationships.
- Monitoring competitor websites for new promotions and ideas to stay ahead of the curve.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly lead-to-appointment conversion goals and contributing to the overall success of JD Development.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office365 and experience using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A genuine passion for helping clients find their dream homes and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area real estate market is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong motivation to work independently and excel in time management.
