**About the Role**

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns. Duties include performing market research, strategizing with other marketing professionals and creating and deploy digital Ads to aid in the success of marketing ROI.

**Requirement & Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma related to digital marketing
- Experience as a digital marketer or similar position
- Ability to use digital marketing tools or platform for impressions and brand awareness
- Digital Marketing strategy, digital campaign planing, implementation and management skills
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Instagram/Facebook Ads, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Social media content strategy, creation, planing, implementation and management skills
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, GMB, RED(Xiaohongshu as optional), Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
- Familiarity with publishing and web design
- Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify and Wordpress E-Commerce Shopping System
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement a brand/corporate social media strategy
- Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
- Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
- Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs thresholds necessary for the businesses’ success
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
- Familiarity with content publishing and basic web design tools
- Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify and Wordpress E-Commerce Shopping System and D2C business model.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and lead paid ad strategy for various channels (including Google Ads, YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and retail channels (such as Amazon, Shopify, Wordpress Woo-commerce) and other third-party ad sources (such as editorial sites and event sponsorships) to build brand awareness, generate e-commerce sales and qualified leads.
- Oversee and manage agency partners and third-party retail sites as it relates to paid ads
- Define, analyze and optimize on important metrics for paid media performance. Provide monthly campaign reports on project KPIs including brand awareness and overall return on advertising spend
- Advise and manage paid ads budgetary goals
- Measure the success of every paid media campaign based on the performance of account KPIs.
- Work with account manager and designer to bring the most effective ads to market
- Ensure the precise and seamless execution of paid media strategies
