Scheffer Andrew Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

**Duties of this position will include, and are not limited to**:

- Assist all visitors and answer phone calls.
- Be responsible for ordering office supplies.
- Assist with general accounting (time entries, invoices, billing etc.)
- Be responsible for receiving, sorting, delivering, and sending all mailing packages.
- Assist in preparation of documents.
- Errands and internal tasks (scanning, faxing, filing, etc.)
- Organizing copy room, conference room and lunchroom.
- Help to set up boardrooms for meetings.
- Assist in hiring, orientation, and setup of new hires.
- Assist in company recreational events.
- Assist in company travel arrangements.
- Take and distribute meeting notes for internal office meetings when required.
- Coordinate office printing.
- Have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
- Post secondary training.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Be organized, have excellent proven time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in English.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Experience using timekeeping, accounting and project management software will be an asset.
