**This is a commission based salary with the potential to earn up to 6 figures a year**

**As a Marine Product Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and their dreams. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing exceptional customer service with a passion for our products.
- Engaging with clients through various communication platforms, such as in person, phone, web, social media, and more.
- Guiding clients through the purchasing process and assisting with financial options.
- Becoming an expert on our extensive range of recreational products.
- Participating in retail consumer shows, client events, and "Demo Day" events.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Offering valuable input in post-season results, pre-season bookings, strategizing, and marketing opportunities.
- Upholding a professional, courteous, respectful, and ethical manner in all interactions.
- Strong communication skills across different channels.
- Team collaboration and contribution abilities.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows-based programs).
- Strong organizational and discipline skills.
- Self-reliance and teamwork capabilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Pleasure Craft Operators Certificate (PCOC) (can be acquired post-hiring).
- Class 5 driver's license with experience towing trailers and boats.
- Proficiency in launching, loading, and operating various marine vehicles, including tow sport boats.
- Professional sales training (recommended, not required).

**Some additional points to consider**:

- Flexibility with working hours in the summer, including boat deliveries and driver orientation and training with new owners at the lake.
- A Class 5 driver's license and experience in towing boats are essential.
- Knowledge and experience in operating various styles of boats, especially tow sport boats, is a big plus.
- Success in this role often requires a beachy appearance and a love for water sports.
- Enjoy flexible hours and spend time at the lake with amazing families, making their dreams come true.
- Travel internationally for factory meetings and training.
- Get trained on various marine products we sell, including StarCraft pontoon, deck, and fishing boats, Yamaha Waverunners, and outboard motors.
