- **As a Marine Service Technician, your responsibilities will include**_:

- Set up and pre-delivery inspections of marine products.
- Diagnosing, evaluating, recommending, and repairing of marine and marine related products (and powersport products if able).
- The ability to tow, launch, load and proficiently operate boats and PWC’s.
- The ability to carry out localized regional travel to client locations for onsite limited services on occasion as required.
- Performing in a professional manner as team member.
- Understanding that “good enough” is not good enough for our clients.
- Self motivated to provide high quality jaw dropping workmanship that our clients will love.
- Utilizing cutting-edge tools like parts fiche and web-based programs.
- Contributing to post-season evaluations, pre-season planning, and future operational strategies.
- Potentially travelling internationally for training seminars (yes, you read that right).
- Sharing a daily "Joke of the Day" (clean, preferably Dad jokes) to add some laughter to the mix.
- Working a 5-day work week, with a rotation of occasional Saturdays and occasional overtime.

- **Desired Qualifications**:_

We are looking for 2 years marine experience, however, if you’re an automotive technician and looking for slight change with 3 years experience and are familiar with GM motors, this maybe a great fit for you. We value your passion, dedication, and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows-based programs are essential, as well as strong organizational and client service skills. As a team player, excellent communication skills are a must, and you should be comfortable engaging. Plus, a bonus would be if you have forklift certification, first aid certification, and a genuine passion for our industry, you'll be a perfect fit
