We pride ourselves on our consulting expertise in career planning, career coaching and talent development related to dynamic industries in North America and Asia, such as Financial Services, Consulting, High-Technology, Health Care and CPG industries. **Major Responsibilities**

1. Perform client payment, registration, onboarding process and update client database

2. Perform weekly job posting search and produce ad hoc operational and client analytics reports

3. Schedule meetings, manage Management’s work calendars, coordinate with Accounting and internal/external parties to deal with on-going operational transactions for the team

4. Handle general or follow-up inquiries from clients about our coaching processes and services

5. Edit/update e-learning contents (e.g., video, audio, document) for e-learning platforms

6. Create/edit marketing materials (e.g., article, flyer, poster) and interact with clients thorough existing or new social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, XiaoETong).

7. Provide administrative support to organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops

9. Perform research on competitors and industry best practices for sponsorship and event planning

10. Build relationships with clients and coordinate with clients to run on-going HR/training events

11. Support the delivery of ad hoc HR projects as assigned regarding HRIS, CRM and other new initiatives

**Qualification Requirements**

1. College diploma or undergraduate degrees in Marketing, Human Resources, Business or Education

2. Excellent customer services, time management, communication and execution skills

3. Organized, responsible and detail-oriented with strong service mind-set, work ethics and can-do attitude; demonstrated quick learner and problem-solver

4. **Flexibility for various working shifts is a must. **Intermedia level of **Excel (PivotTable).** **PowerPoint & Word**; **fluency in Mandarin**is a must.
