L’OCCASION D’EMPLOI

Sous la responsabilité de la Gestionnaire, traitement de dons l'associé(e) à la gestion des dons jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de l'organisation. Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne qui mettra à profit son expérience et ses compétences dans le secteur pour aider la Fondation JGH à poursuivre sa croissance et à construire un avenir prospère.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Coordonner et prioriser le traitement quotidien de tous les dons, y compris la saisie des promesses de dons, des dons annuels et des hommages.
- Veillez à l'exactitude du traitement des dons effectués par carte de crédit, par chèque et par transfert électronique de fonds, des actions et des successions.
- Créez toutes les promesses de dons dans la base de données (Raiser's Edge), y compris toutes les instructions relatives au calendrier de paiement et à la reconnaissance.
- Veillez à ce que les reçus et les accusés de réception des donateurs soient identifiés et envoyés par la poste ou à l'équipe administrative dans les délais impartis.
- Mettre à jour les données biographiques et démographiques dans la base de données (Raiser's Edge) afin de garantir une bonne hygiène des données.
- Aider à répondre aux appels téléphoniques et recueillir méticuleusement toutes les informations nécessaires à la donation auprès de l'appelant.
- Concevoir et rédiger des rapports d’impact professionnels et personnalisés qui s’appuient sur des statistiques, des citations de professionnels de la santé et d’éléments d’infographie.

COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES
- Diplôme d'études collégiales
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Capacité à travailler en français et en anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit)
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à relever des défis
- Solides compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe
- Connaissance de Raiser's Edge un atoutDiplôme de premier cycle dans un domaine connexe
