Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Seagate is a leader in the Commercial Construction industry. Seagate is looking for an outgoing, mature and career orientated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with Accounting Support.
You will be managing front desk and providing progressive administrative support with a focus on running a smooth office operation, as well as assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Assisting in Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Managing and updating internal database
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Managing data entry of Purchase Orders / Company Contracts
- Compiling and processing various documents, including expense reports using internal program
- Creating Monthly company internal Newsletter
- Managing phones, welcoming and assisting internal and external office visitors
- Send, receive and distribute courier packages
- Managing and ordering office supplies/stationary
- Other admin duties as assigned
- Salary based on experience
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years reception / administrative assistant experience
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), Tech Savy
- Experience in accounting - Simply Accounting Sage 50 an Asset
- Construction Industry experience an Asset
- Strong, effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with employees
- Positive and reliable professional who shows initiative and willingness to take on new tasks
**Salary**: From $3,600.00 per month
