How do we work?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant with a passion for efficiency and organization. You will be primarily responsible for smooth operation of OANDA’s front desk in our newly renovated office. You will report directly to the Global Facilities and Administration Manager from Krakow and cooperate with the Chief People Officer in Toronto as well.

We are looking for someone who is interested in a part time role within a dynamic fin-tech company.

In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for access cards management.- Serve as point of contact for office inquiries and provide general assistance to employees.- Provide support with other tasks, e.g. corporate events.- Sort incoming mail and courier shipments.- Schedule and manage courier pick-ups and deliveries of packages.- Manage office supplies and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment.- Maintain an inventory of office and kitchen supplies and order refills as needed.- Assist IT Team with onboarding/offboarding of staff and shipping hardware.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?- Availability to work 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), 4 hours per day (preferred working hours start from 9:00/10:00am).- Previous experience with a customer-facing role (e.g. as a Receptionist, an Administrative Assistant, a Personal Assistant etc.) will be an advantage.-
- Excellent organization skills and willingness to learn new things.- Very good communication skills and ability to cooperate with colleagues in various geographies.
