Our mission is to bring innovative and effective health and wellness products to the Canadian market. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious customer service and order desk specialist to join our growing team. This position offers potential for advancement into a lead role in the near future.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all day-to-day sales order entry activities, including verifying customer and purchase order details.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Address order-related issues promptly, collaborating effectively with other team members.
- Resolve complaints effectively, providing accurate product and service information.
- Upsell and recommend products as appropriate.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are introduced.
- Process returns according to established procedures, coordinating with the Returns Department as needed.
- Conduct credit inquiries and investigate shipping or vendor issues.
**Position Requirements**:
- **Leadership Ambitions**: Demonstrated interest in growth and leadership within a team.
- **Experience with NetSuite**: Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- **Office Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills, and overall computer literacy.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively with other team members in a collaborative environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to upsell or recommend alternative products.
- Confident in phone communications and capable of resolving customer issues through active listening.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to meet position demands.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required.
