Job Title: Bilingual Order Desk RepresentativeThis full-time opportunity involves processing customer orders according to detailed departmental programs for electric works and other LDS product categories. You will maintain and monitor account credit/debit charges related to customer accounts, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Process customer orders according to detailed departmental programs, preparing associated documentation including special pricing, delivery arrangements, and order processing details.
- Monitor stock availability and advise customers and internal staff of backorders, handling special customer requests regarding product orders, back-order information, and delivery schedules.
- Enter customer order data relating to account information, item quantities, distribution methods, payment modes, and delivery terms into SAP, advising customers at regular intervals of order status and anticipated delivery dates.
- Prepare purchase orders in SAP according to sales order requirements, special pricing, and send to local vendors, maintaining master data load sheets, info records, and source lists for procured products.
- Work with factory and local vendors to maintain special pricing and customer delivery requirements, using portals to ensure PO placement and monitor delivery dates.
- Consider local supplier delivery schedules to schedule inventory procurement, preparing associated reports and analysis as required.
- Invoice Maintenance: investigate customer invoicing problems, correct discrepancies, and maintain account credit/debit charges in accordance with PCI pricing policies and procedures.
- Provide backup order support for other Life and Device Solutions order desk areas and duties due to illness or vacation or workload.
- Act as inside support for various internal contacts, providing current and detailed customer information, sourcing customer details, and providing stock availability reports.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP ECC orders. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma with 1 year of related work experience and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
