The primary duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are not limited to:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Entering invoices, balancing credit cart receipts
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, taking meeting minutes
- Room bookings and catering event arrangements
- Keep the office snack and coffee corner stocked and organized, ensuring a variety of options are available for employees and guests
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be bilingual (English/French)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Customer service-oriented approach
- High school diploma: additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste courtois(e) et professionnel(le) pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que premier point de contact pour notre entreprise, le/la réceptionniste joue un rôle crucial en véhiculant une impression positive et en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle à nos clients, visiteurs et employés.

Responsabilités:

- Accueillir les visiteurs de manière courtoise et professionnelle
- Répondre et diriger les appels téléphoniques et courriels rapidement et efficacement
- Maintenir une zone de réception propre et présentable
- Gérer le courrier entrant et sortant, ainsi que les colis et livraisons
- Assister avec des tâches administratives de base telles que la saisie de données, le classement et la photocopie
- Saisir les factures et équilibrer les reçus de cartes de crédit
- Coordonner les réunions et conférences, et rédiger les procès-verbaux des réunions
- Gérer les réservations de salles et organiser les événements
- Maintenir et organiser l’espace café et collation du bureau, en s’assurant qu'une variété d'options est disponible pour les employés et les invités
- Surveiller et gérer les stocks de fournitures de bureau

Exigences:

- Expérience avérée en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle similaire
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale)
- Bilingue (français et Anglais)
- Solides compétences en organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Approche axée sur le service à la clientèle
- Diplôme d'études secondaires requis; une certification supplémentaire en gestion de bureau est un atout

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
