**Main Responsibilities**:
- Maintain, and regularly update an inventory of all hardware devices used in the stores. This includes computers, printers, phones, security cameras, televisions, and any other relevant equipment.
- Work with stores to ensure that all equipment is in good condition and functioning correctly.
- Manage store IT supplies such as printer toners.
- Understand front end software to troubleshoot software issues and ensure correct functionality of all equipment.
- Develop equipment maintenance plan for stores and ensure tasks are being completed.
- Evaluate requirements for new hardware and coordinate their acquisition.
- Track life cycle of each asset, coordinate maintenance and end of life disposal.
- Budgeting for new and replacement equipment.
- Installation and Configuration of new devices, install necessary software, and configure settings. Includes travelling to new store locations to coordinate and assist with hardware setup.
- Day to day IT tasks such as troubleshooting hardware issues and occasional IT help desk fill in duties.
- Travel to each store quarterly (twice yearly in Quebec) to check all assets and verify maintenance.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of general IT Helpdesk experience
- working knowledge of VM Ware is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be quick to adapt in various work environments
- Must be a self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability for departmental objectives
- Must have strong communication abilities in verbal, written, and presentation settings
- Must have proven organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on timelines and importance
- Must be able to handle highly classified and confidential material
- Must be able to adhere to and follow applicable company policies and procedures as well as IT legislation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
