**About the Position**
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support and assistance to leadership and staff on HR programs, policies and processes.

**Your Duties**
- Provides HR support to leaders through the recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, reference checks, on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Requisitions background checks and personality assessment services.
- Administers benefits enrollments, changes and terminations as per policy.
- Scan and properly file employee documents.
- Provide onboarding support, which includes conducting new employee orientations and document collection.
- Assist in various survey activities, such as new hire or engagement surveys.
- Administer employee rewards programs, such as Service Awards
- Conduct exit interviews and off boarding activities.
- Post job advertisements and assist in with recruitment activities as required.
- Draft and distribute letters of employment when requested.
- Conduct site walk rounds as necessary.
- Maintains employee HRIS database and Company organizational charts, ensuring HR information is updated and reported accurately.
- Strong team player, provides support and guidance to managers regarding recruitment strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with Force Inspection’s Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.

**Your Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
- Must work effectively with business leaders to ensure results among competing priorities.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
- Sound analytical thinking, problem solving, planning, prioritization and execution skills.
- Strong work ethic, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Self-starter with strong problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Strong MS Office skills.
