**What you will do**
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter, to join our Human Resources department.
**How you will do it**
- Work with HR team to automate and standardize HR processes.
- Accountable for working with supervisors to ensure accurate employee data is maintained across our people systems.
- Manage weekly internal job bidding process.
- Coordinate and at times, conduct onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain employee files and off-site records storage process.
- Manage all purchasing for the department i.e. office supplies, and payments to HR vendors
- Assist with recruitment, employee engagement activities, employee presentations and other activities, as needed.
**What we look for**
**Required**
- High School or equivalent diploma.
- Experience working with diverse or differing data sets including creating and compiling data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, allowing for individual to meet deadlines
**Preferred**
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with KRONOS time and attendance and HRIS Workday.
- Associate degree in human resources management, Business Administration or equivalent.
