We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Canadian cannabis market. The Sales Director will occupy a pivotal role in championing the promotion and distribution of our premium cannabis clones to licensed producers, significantly contributing to our expansion and achievements within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to broaden our presence in the Canadian Cannabis Market. This entails conducting in-depth market research, identifying target clients, and establishing ambitious sales objectives.

2. Team Leadership:
Construct, nurture, and oversee a high-performing sales team, ensuring they consistently meet or surpass sales targets. Offer coaching and support to elevate the team's skills and performance.

3. Client Relationships:
Establish and sustain robust relationships with licensed cannabis producers, gaining an understanding of their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions. Actively pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.

4. Product Knowledge:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the cannabis industry, guaranteeing a profound comprehension of our products, genetics, and their advantages.

5. Sales Reporting:
Regularly analyze sales data and furnish reports to senior management, accentuating key performance indicators, market trends, and areas for enhancement.

6. Compliance:
Guarantee that all sales activities comply with Canadian cannabis industry regulations and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and negotiate sales agreements
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in business development and inside sales roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
