**What you’ll do**

Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and working as part of a cross-functional team, the Marketing Manager has a key role in the marketing and product strategy as well as supporting the tactical execution of related activities.

This includes:

- A core team member that develops and manages marketing, pricing and reimbursement strategy across multiple channels including Veteran Affairs, commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Develops and implements marketing strategies aligned with the corporate objectives for the Orpyx product portfolio
- Acts as a core member of product management team that manages the Orpyx product brand, recommends product enhancements based on voice of the customer research, monitors progress and timing, and ensures benefits of these changes are effectively implemented and communicated to both internal and external customers
- In close collaboration with the Director, Content Marketing, develops high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, gain market share, and drive profitable revenue growth
- In close collaboration with the Director, Content Marketing, ensures sales and marketing materials on brand and on message including but not limited to blogs, white papers, social posts, video, brochures, advertisements, technical sheets, sales presentations, press releases and campaigns materials
- Lead trade conference strategy and execution including interactive exhibits, messaging, and post-event analysis
- Manages and reports on key content engagement metrics, brand metrics, campaign performance, KPIs & ROI
- Analyzes data, market research, and competitive intelligence to uncover insights, trends and enable fact-based decision making
- Using customer insights and data to inform product development decisions including design, aesthetics, packaging, etc.
- Stays up to date with industry and technological developments to generate and execute on new marketing concepts and strategies
- Supports PR initiatives such as external communications to shareholders, investors, customers, and partners that elevates our corporate brand
- Collaborates with key external partners and agencies, as appropriate
- Supports the People and Culture team with internal corporate communications
- Maintain a clean, and safe working environment Perform duties in a manner that is consistent with and committed to upholding the requirements of the quality management system

Additionally, due to the ever-changing and sometimes chaotic environment of an early-stage high-tech company, the Marketing Manager may assume additional responsibilities, as required.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent
- 3-5 years of full-time experience in medical device marketing, brand management, or product management
- Experience marketing to the US healthcare segment including Veteran Affairs, Medicare, and/or commercial payers
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
- HubSpot knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Experience with wearables, SaaS, digital medical device, or tech is
