**We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in our expanding Nordic spa brand, as we grow operations in the US market**

**Achieving Excellence**
As the **Marketing Manager,** you will have the unique opportunity to oversee and shape the marketing strategies and tactics for our portfolio of Nordic spas and hotels. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and developing innovative marketing campaigns that drive revenue and align with our brand strategy.
Your role will involve planning campaigns, creating briefs, analyzing, and reporting on results, and ensuring all marketing tactics are on-brand. With your creative and analytical mindset, you will oversee all levels of the marketing funnel and implement omni-channel campaigns that deliver a strong return on investment.

**Key Focuses**
- **Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop go to market strategies and bring to life via paid, earned, and owned channels.

- **Optimize Digital Presence**: Partner with external agencies to optimize digital marketing campaigns for audience targeting and performance based on long

- **Web Content Management**: Keep web content up-to-date through content management systems (CMS).
- **Creative Agency Oversight**: Manage creative agency relationships, ensuring timely and on-brand deliverables.
- **Audience Expansion**: Utilize internal booking and sales data to build look-alike audiences for targeting new customers and optimizing digital media efforts.
- **Data-Driven Insights**: Leverage website analytics and CRM platforms to inform decisions, make recommendations, and develop hypotheses about customer behaviors.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee the marketing expense budget, provide regular performance commentary, and make necessary adjustments to align with business goals.
- **Commitment to Excellence**: Consistently deliver high-quality work while adhering to brand guidelines, demonstrating creativity, and maintaining a proactive attitude towards improvement.
- **Business Impact Awareness**: Recognize the impact of marketing efforts on business profitability, consider multiple demands and priorities, and allocate resources effectively.

**Experience/Passions/Education**
- **5+ years of progressively responsible roles** within marketing agencies or departments, with a focus on marketing planning and go-to-market strategies.
- **Relevant post-secondary education** in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Bonus**: Previous experience in hotel or tourism marketing.
- **Proven marketing expertise** in devising and executing strategic, integrated marketing and brand initiatives that deliver measurable results to diverse target audiences.
- **Strong track record in planning, executing, and assessing integrated paid media** campaigns, encompassing digital, print, and paid social, including media planning, creative brief development, monitoring, and evaluation.
- **Self-motivated and well-organized**, with strong prioritization skills.
- **In-depth knowledge** of contemporary marketing and communication methods, emphasizing digital paid media, websites, social media, video, and mobile platforms.
- **Budget management experience** in marketing departments.
- **Proficiency in web analytics** and experience with CRM platforms for effective data interpretation, including tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Search Console.
- **Understanding of SEO**, competitive analysis, keyword research, and online content optimization.
