**Summary**

The Marketing Manager assumes oversight of our Company brands, promotional activities and external/public communication strategy. Development and execution of our innovative brand positioning and marketing strategy that aligns with the Company strategic business objectives is a critical objective of the role.

**Responsibilities for this Role**:

- In collaboration with the CEO, implement an integrated external facing brand and communications and marketing strategy that drives key messages, brand awareness, positioning, key differentiators, and market engagement.
- Oversee the Company brand identity for all product lines externally with a focus on reigniting the product and ‘passion’ for exterior products and brand.
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Proactively scan competitors, peers and media channels to ensure our brand reputation is not exposed or threatened by changes in the market or public perception.
- Work with regional sales teams to evaluate market opportunities and target audiences to accurately craft and execute marketing strategies and messages.
- Works closely with the CRM operations (HubSpot) and sales teams to review and optimize campaign performance, manage lead flow, and sales efficiencies.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Create and maintain a wide range of different marketing tools and resources such as product brochures, product guides, product specification, packaging, installation manuals, look books, presentations, feature sheets, branded documents etc.
- Coordinate new product launch campaigns across multiple channels, both digital and traditional.
- Work with partner marketing organizations across North America on collaborative product marketing initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with all levels of an organization.
- Develop and maintaining customer service relationships that support collaboration, with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals.

**Your Qualifications**:

- University Degree in relevant field is a must.
- Previous marketing focused roles consistently for the past five to ten years.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing strategic branding and communications plans and developing multi-tactic marketing programs to advance an organization’s mission.
- Proven expertise in digital and social media best practices and platforms (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, blogs) and analytic tools to measure effectiveness.
- Practical product marketing experience, including product launch processes, message development and go-to-market planning.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Teams, WordPress and standard business software tools.
