**Position Overview**:
As a Project Manager at GrowME, you will play a pivotal role in steering our agency's creative and strategic endeavours from conception to completion for our valued clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the project planning, design, development, and launch phases of new website projects and marketing projects. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between our clients and our project teams and will deliver outstanding projects that meet our high standards, align with client objectives, and exceed expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead the planning phase of website projects and marketing projects, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and resources required
- Outline the design and development phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication between clients and the project team throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage client expectations and ensure all client requests and communication are handled in a timely manner
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are in line with client expectations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with designers, UX/UI specialists, and developers to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are in line with client expectations and industry best practices
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Continual process improvement to improve project management methodologies, tools, and practices
- Stay on top of marketing/growth trends, competitors, digital marketing strategies and software/tools our clients use to succeed
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in marketing or advertising.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage and exceed client expectations.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp, Trello).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, advertising, social media, social ads, web optimization, and tools like Google Analytics (GA) and Google Search Console (GSC).
